About Industrial Pipefitting Skills
Industrial piping networks consist of a collection of pipes and equipment used to transport materials within energy, gas, petrochemical, and food manufacturing plants. The types and specifications of pipes vary based on the materials being transported.
As part of the Industrial Pipefitting Skill, students receive training that includes safety and security procedures, as well as the fundamentals of safe lifting for pipes and their components. They also learn how to read blueprint drawings and the technical specifications for each component according to recognized global standards.
Intensive hands-on training is a fundamental part of the program, where students acquire various skills, including gas cutting, pipe forming, measurement taking, and using modern tools and equipment for installing pipes and valves, enabling them to build a complete piping system.
Students are also trained to work both in teams and independently, enhancing their problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
The aim of this training is to prepare students for work in the field of industrial pipefitting, equipping them to install and maintain piping system safely and efficiently.
