To oversee the implementation of educational policies and programs in industrial cities and apply administrative and financial procedures that promote the achievement of educational and pedagogical objectives in accordance with the regulations and plans approved by the Royal Commission.
Main activities
1. Prepare five-year and annual plans for the management of public education within the framework of the Royal Commission's educational and pedagogical objectives and policies, and follow up on their implementation after approval.
2. Verify the implementation of regulations, decisions, instructions, and circulars issued by the Ministry of Education.
3. Identifying the city's needs in terms of educational and pedagogical programs, human resources, facilities, equipment, furniture, supplies, textbooks, tools, and supplies, and ensuring their provision and distribution in coordination with the relevant departments of the Royal Commission.
4. Guiding teachers, supervisors, educational counselors, and administrators, and following up on and evaluating their work.
5. Monitoring cultural and educational activities and programs, and verifying their quality and alignment with educational and pedagogical objectives and policies.
6. Providing guidance and care for student health and safety, and securing school transportation in industrial cities in coordination with the relevant departments.
