The Planning and Development Section is responsible for formulating policies and plans that support sustainable development in the education system.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare operational plans, policies, processes, and organizational procedures, and supervise their implementation and evaluation.
- Supervise and follow up on evaluation, quality, and national and international school accreditations to improve performance levels.
- Supervise and follow up on the implementation of development projects and e-learning systems.
- Prepare educational research and studies, and participate in the design of specifications for model educational facilities.
- Collect and organize educational data and statistical information; prepare a plan for the distribution of residential neighborhoods among boys' and girls' schools in coordination with the relevant departments.
| Digital Transformation and E-Learning
Monitoring the implementation of modern electronic systems, supervising e-learning to ensure compliance with standards, and coordinating with the IT Department to provide technical support. It also includes following up on meeting the technical needs of teachers and students to ensure a smooth and effective learning experience.
